BBS is the acronym for Black Business Space, a program of the National Black Business Trade Association [NBBTA].

WHAT IS THE BBS VALUE TOUR?

The BBS Value Tour is a grassroots movement that activates businesses' and artists' commitment to the community AND the community's (you, me, we) commitment to its businesses, institutions, and artists.

The BBS Value Tour, a growing grassroots social media phenomena, is an international performance and promotional tour that leverages the resources of businesses, artists, and everyday people while rallying Black Business Space and the global community in support of the artists. The tour showcases core values, fine art, performance artists, and businesses via a concert performance tour uniquely enhanced by fine art exhibits and a business resource publication. The BBS Value Tour is Made from the community, for the community--4 Us by Us.

The Black Business Space Value Tour is an umbrella initiative that covers a three-tier partnership/brand: The Adopt-An-Artist Campaign (a forming non-profit under the fiscal sponsorship of L.U.C.K.Y. Program), Power-To-The-People Live Fandom movement, and the Live Fandom Performance Tour. BBSVT serves as an artist development and booking agency.

THE MISSION
To create opportunities for visual and performance artists, and businesses emerging from Black Business Space [BBS] and beyond to increase their fan and customer base and brand awareness. To create a synergy of community loyalty and support for the artist, business, and community. To remind and reinforce core values and business etiquette for the community at large "...we are becoming a rude society and it is reflecting in our business interactions," vibrates the sentiments of Lee Green, Founder and CEO of the National Black Business Trade Association. To give back to the community through hands on community service, promotion of member non-profit causes, and/or donations.

BBSVT features and showcases performance and visual artists in the genres of jazz, hip hop, R&B, gospel, spoken word, comedy, theatre/film, film making, photography, fashion design, and visual art as well as institutions whose work is and has been of great significance to the Black community and provide models for healthy community development.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
The BBS Value Tour also brings value to participating cities by providing community service directly to an organization in that city and/or promoting causes relevant to that community. A directory of non-profit members will also be included in the collectible resource book that will travel with the tour.
